Shipping Policy

At Slab Nest, we work to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully received and shipped via USPS.
  • During high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, or unforeseen carrier delays, processing times may be longer.
  • All payments made above $200 will required signature for product delivery. Payments under $100 may also require signature for product delivery at the seller's discretion.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Once an order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, weather, and other conditions outside our control.
  • If no specific shipping timeframe is stated for a product, Slab Nest will ship within a commercially reasonable time consistent with applicable law.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has shipped.
  • It may take time for tracking activity to update after the label is created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Slab Nest is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us because of an invalid or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Risk of Loss / Delivery Issues

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon our delivery of the package to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, or mailrooms and then contact the carrier.
  • Customers should notify us at support@slabnests.com within 7 days of a delivery issue so we can attempt to assist.

Delays and Unavailability

  • If we are unable to ship within the timeframe we advertise or otherwise communicate, we may contact you using the information you provided at checkout regarding a revised shipping timeline, substitution, or cancellation/refund option, as applicable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or shipment cannot be completed for legal, logistical, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Domestic and International Shipping

  • We currently ship to: United States only.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges for international orders, unless otherwise stated.
  • International delivery times are estimates and may vary significantly.
